Shipping & returns

We want your gear to reach you fast and in perfect shape. Here is how shipping works, and what to know about returns before you order.

1. Processing time

Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will get an email with tracking details once your order ships.

2. Delivery times and costs

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

• Standard delivery: 4 to 7 business days.
• Remote areas: may take 2 to 4 extra days.

Delivery times start from the day your order ships, not the day you place it.

3. Tracking your order

Use the link in your shipping email to follow your parcel. If tracking has not updated for 3 days, email us and we will chase the courier.

4. Returns and refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds. Please check sizes, colours, and product details carefully before you place your order.

5. Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can look into it.
